I know that there isn't such a job title, but there isn't a position that include everything you do on a daily basis either. There is a very good layman term that I like to use for myself: Jack of all Trades. It's the clearest description that I can give to what I do and I believe is absolutely relevant to you too. How do you otherwise describe a job that in the standard trade environment is usually done by at least ten different people?
